evyenia coufos
Evyenia Coufos is an artist from Boston, Massachusetts, and now residing in Burlington, Vermont. She works primarily with paint, though she dabbles in writing, drawing, music, design, film-making, dancing, bending paper-clips, throwing mud, walking backwards, and other various creative pursuits. If you care for the practical details, Evyenia recently graduated from Boston College with a degree in Mathematics and Studio Art; though the real meat of the matter lies beyond all that nonsense. Evyenia’s main goals are to show humanity, as best as she possibly can, a tangible representation of what lies festering inside itself. If that goal fails (and it certainly will), she hopes her art may at least allow us to laugh a bit about (and maybe even rejoice in) the ironies of our situation.

My most recent pursuits have been painting and drawing with ink, as well as writing poetry. I am also interested in making some larger scale painting projects that heavily involve story-telling.
